Subscribers
How healthy is your list? Engaged subscribers drive revenue; inactive ones quietly hurt deliverability and cost you money. This page shows the shape of your audience.

What you see
- Top counts — Active, Suppressed, and New subscribers (30d and 7d).
- Engagement Tier Breakdown — subscribers grouped by how recently they opened or clicked: Active → Warm → Cooling → Cold → Ghost → Never Engaged. More green = healthier.
- Tier Details — profile count, share of list, and average CLV per tier. Your best customers should sit in the higher-engagement tiers.
- List Growth Trends — net subscribers added each month.

How to read it
A large Cold / Ghost / Never-Engaged share is a deliverability liability — mailing people who never open drags your reputation down. Check whether average CLV actually rises with engagement; if it doesn’t, your most valuable customers aren’t being reached.
What to do
Put unengaged subscribers on a sunset path (a final re-engagement attempt, then stop mailing them), and mail your engaged tiers more deliberately. See Engagement & Fatigue.
